We are living in a society where poverty prevails to the maximum. Many of the parents despite their desire to send their children to school cannot do so and instead they force their children in CHILD LABOUR in order to maximum their earnings. What we have planned is to assist children from different areas of the city in learning technical skills, like Electrical work, Plumbing, wood work, merchandizing, short courses of book keeping, or similar type of skills that can be beneficial for them to generate a reasonable income for themselves.
We can also encourage the top three students from each session/group to teach/transfer the same skill in their respective areas that they have learned. For this, they can be given a certain amount of stipend.
This way we can ensure fast transfer of skills amongst the youth of our city enabling them to be self employed.
